The Youth Ministry Network is dedicated to creating a dynamic and supportive community for both Youth Group Leaders and the youth they serve. Our mission is twofold: to provide encouragement and resources for leaders while fostering spaces where young people can gather, connect, and grow in their faith. Through regular Encouragement Meetings, we hold space for Youth Group Leaders to come together, share their experiences, and receive the support they need to continue their important work. These meetings offer leaders a chance to recharge, connect with others in similar roles, and gain new tools to better serve their youth groups.
At the same time, we are passionate about creating meaningful opportunities for youth themselves. We organize gatherings that allow young people to engage with one another, build relationships, and experience the broader church community. Whether through regional events, retreats, or leadership development programs, we aim to empower youth to take ownership of their faith journey. We also prioritize leadership opportunities for young people, encouraging them to step into roles where they can contribute their unique gifts to the church and community.
In all that we do, the Youth Ministry Network seeks to advocate for both leaders and youth, recognizing that their growth is interconnected. As we support the adults guiding youth, we strengthen the foundation for youth to flourish spiritually, socially, and emotionally. Through this network, we hope to build a thriving community where both leaders and youth are inspired, equipped, and supported on their journeys of faith.
