SARA (Sharing America’s Resources Abroad) is a non-profit ecumenical ministry affiliated with the Heartland Conference of the United Church of Christ. UCC-EKvW (German) Network

For more than 30 years the Heartland Conference, along with the Indiana-Kentucky Conference, and the Evangelische Kirche in Westphalia (EKvW), Germany, has been in full communion relationship (Kirchegemeinschaft). Some of our histories share a common heritage. This relationship gives us the gift of seeing the world from a variety of perspectives. Through the partnership, we strive to work together on deepening friendships between churches and countries, sharing in worship and engaging in theological reflection that broadens and deepens our sense of what it means to be a disciple of Jesus Christ.
