The Heartland Conference relies on the support of churches and individuals to keep our work going so that we can, in turn, support our member churches, provide grant opportunities like the Make a Difference Grants and engage in supporting the larger work of our denomination. Churches typically provide their financial support through Our Church’s Wider Mission donations, which fund the Conference, as well as the National Setting.
