The Executive Teams of the four association governing bodies and the conference board along with the Association Ministers and the Conference Minister meet quarterly through out the year. Serving as a conference wide listening presence the executive teams help to discern how to best live into the Heartland Conference Why, Calling, and Covenant.

We have identified areas of focus for our ongoing work.
The Conference Board of Directors, the Executive Teams of the Associations, and the Leadership Roundtable together have been engaged in a prayerful discernment clarifying our shared ministry priorities.
